TISTR has been assigned from FAO to develop the values-added products from coconut oil in Thailand using cold press technique for development of virgin coconut oil production. This oil was clear, colorless, odorless, antioxidant, high tolerance and long preservative aging. Physical property of fatty acid was not changed at high temperature. Virgin coconut oil products such as hair tonic, skin lotion, soap, and body massage oil were produced and designed for their packaging including bio-diesel development from this virgin oil.
