The vegetable washing machine was designed and set up for chili paste production by TISTR. This machine can wash well for fresh and dried chili, galanga, turmeric, onion, and galingale. Its capacity is 500 kg/hr. These could be reduced cost and increased production using own technology for instant chili paste production.
